Refund policy
We have a 30 day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. NOTE: Print-on-Demand products have a shorter return policy - details further below.
How to Start a Return
Email us at BuiltToVenture@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If the return is approved, the address to send your item(s) to will be provided.
Condition Requirements (All Returns)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with tags (if applicable), and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Product-specific Policies
US Landmark Bottles (In-House Products)
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Customer pays return shipping. (If we provide a prepaid label upon request, the cost will be deducted from your refund.)
Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval and issue a refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges: Please place a new order for the item you want once your return is accepted.
Note: Our bottles include a 30 day manufacturer’s warranty. See our Warranty page for details.
Print-on-Demand Products (e.g., shirts, hats)
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind.
Please review the size charts carefully before ordering.
Defects/printing issues/damage in transit: Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. If confirmed, we’ll replace the item at no cost.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at builttoventure@gmail.com
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period (If Applicable)
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. (This EU right does not alter our POD defect-only policy for custom-made items.)
